A Solution Born at the Bedside

My name is Dr. Lynn-Marie Rivera, PT, DPT.

I’m a home health physical therapist, a wife, and a mom of two.  I began my career as a certified personal trainer and earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton.  A life-changing experience with a client who had Multiple Sclerosis inspired and motivated me to further my education and pursue a doctorate degree in physical therapy.

Over the past 17 years, I’ve spent my days walking into patients’ homes across Southern California—carrying not just my tools, but the responsibility of delivering high-quality care in environments that were never designed for clinical work.

Home health clinicians are some of the most dedicated professionals in healthcare. We adapt. We improvise. We do more with less—every single day.

But there was one thing I could never adapt to:

The bag.

The standard rolling bag wasn’t built for us. It was disorganized. Physically exhausting. Inefficient. It slowed me down, strained my body, and took precious time away from what mattered most—my patients.

And every day, I thought the same thing:

There has to be a better way.

When Frustration Turns Into Purpose

That question stayed with me. Then it turned into an idea.
That idea turned into an obsession.

I couldn’t find the solution—so I became the solution.

On my days off, my garage became a workshop. What started as sketches and measurements turned into countless Home Depot runs, late nights, and weekends spent building, breaking, rebuilding, and refining.

Every piece of wood.
Every hinge.
Every bracket.
Every single screw.

Built by my own two hands.

I sacrificed weekends with my family—not because I wanted to, but because I knew this mattered. This wasn’t just about convenience. This was about protecting clinicians’ bodies, improving efficiency, and elevating the standard of care in home health.

I wasn’t building a product.
I was solving a problem I lived every day.

Designed by a Doctor. Built for Real Care.

The Rolling Cart is not a concept.
It’s not theory.
And it’s not a repurposed bag.

It is a clinician-engineered workstation, designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy who understands the physical demands, time pressure, and reality of in-home care.

This cart was created to:

Reduce physical strain on clinicians

Improve organization and workflow

Save time between patient visits

Bring true clinical functionality into the home

It is built for real homesreal patients, and real healthcare providers.

Proof You Can See. Innovation You Can Trust.

This cart was built for the clinicians who show up every day—often unseen, often unsupported—but always committed.

Now, it’s time to support them.
